Overall my experience at Form MD was fantastic. Booking the appointment was very easy and confirmation and further communications with Emma were great. Cheryl (my nurse injector) was very knowledgeable about the procedure and other similar products, and helped me decide which was the best treatment for my needs. Dr. Pollei came in to greet me and check that all my questions had been answered. The procedure was painless. Follow up has also been great. I will definitely return to Form MD for my facial therapies in the future.
